Just when we thought we would see Lance Dunbar play for the Cowboys tonight, the team changed course and left him off the active roster. He’s still at tonight’s game.
It’s a tough break for Dunbar. That will cost Lance a bundle. I believe he would have picked up a game check at the NFL minimum for being active as opposed to receiving practice squad money. There’s a big difference there.
Just for fun, here’s a video of Alabama coach Nick Saban getting a little upset over the media’s lack of respect for Western Kentucky down in that part of the country. The Hilltoppers play the Crimson Tide this week.
At least he came out and said it’s not the media’s job to promote the program.
