Baylor WR plans to transfer to UNT

Ok, now that I have caught your attention, this might not be as exciting as the headline makes it sound.

Vince Sanders, a wide receiver who was a career backup at Guyer, went to junior college and found his way to Baylor as a walk-on, plans to transfer to UNT and walk on with the Mean Green.

Sanders was a good athlete at Guyer, but was stuck behind four high level wide receivers in Conner Crane (Stanford), Josh Stewart (Oklahoma State), Quint Gardener (Minnesota) and Cameron Hunter (Air Force).

Here is Sanders’ bio on the Baylor site:

You never know. UNT has had walk-ons pan out in the past.
