UNT has really focused on turnovers this season. They should be big again this weekend when the Mean Green faces Southern Miss.
UNT came into the week tied for first in C-USA with Tulane and Middle Tennessee with 20 turnovers forced. The Mean Green is also tied for second in the league with MTSU in turnover margin at plus-6. Southern Miss ranks last in the league in turnovers (21), passes intercepted (13) and turnover margin (minus-14).
Just something to think about.

Andrew Jones, a cornerback from North Mesquite, committed to UNT a while back. Some sites show him with an offer from Iowa that I was told was never officially on the table. UNT has lost one guy who committed already in Desmon White. We will just have to wait and see how things play out heading into national signing day.
