Update 10:08 -- Dajon Williams was in with the third team on fourth-down drills and was sacked.
Update 10:05 -- McNulty is in with the first team on the opening series of fourth down drills. Josh Greer is in with the second team. Greer made a nice throw on the sideline.
Update 10:02 -- UNT is about to start a fourth-down series. UNT will run plays on fourth-and-8 and fourth-and-4.
Update 9:57 -- Dajon Williams and the second team stalled out on the last possession. UNT had it rolling there and drove it to the 36 before UNT's defense stiffened.
Update 9:51 -- Dajon Williams is in wit the second team. He had a great 10-yard scramble and then almost had a deep ball intercepted. He came back on the next play and hit Josh Chelf.
Update 9:49 -- Andrew McNulty threw a 15-yard touchdown pass to Darius Terrell to cap a 90-yard drive. McNulty really helped himself there on that series.
Update 9:43 -- Andrew McNulty is up with the first team and has UNT moving. UNT leaned on Erick Evans early in the drive. He had a 15-yard carry and got the ball on three straight plays. McNulty then hit Antoinne Jimmerson on a screen that went for 35.

Update 9:23 -- Erick Evans is returning kickoffs.
Update 9:20 -- Connor Means had the third team moving for a few plays before the drive stalled out at the 33. I tend to agree with Canales and McCarney. Means could end up being a good player for UNT down the line.
Update 9:17 -- Andrew McNulty leads UNT to a field goal. Good series there for Mini Mac.

Update 9:06 -- Andrew McNulty, Josh Greer and Dajon Williams all go three-and-out on their first possessions.
Update 8:53 -- In a side note, part of the Apogee Stadium sign under the scoreboard blew over. That has been mentioned, but it shows just how strong the storm that blew through here the other day was. The A and P and laid out flat. The O and G are leaning forward.
Update 8:47 -- UNT has had a ton of offensive line recruiting targets out this spring. I am starting to wonder if UNT isn't looking at signing a class that is pretty heavy on high school linemen this year.
Update 8:45 -- Looks like the defense won today's circle drill.
Update 8:38 -- And we have the return of the ever popular circle drill. The players love this drill. Strength coach Frank Wintrich has the hard hat out. Defensive line coach Mike Simmonds encourages Sid Moore to wake the (redacted because this is a family-friendly blog) up and hit him.
It's a cold and cloudy Saturday spring morning, perfect weather for a scrimmage. We are along for the ride here on the MGB.
UNT's players are coming out on the field.
First a few tidbits:
-- We reported last night that Mallard Creek (N.C.) cornerback Nafees Lyon was being recruited by former UNT cornerbacks coach Ryan Walters and had not heard from UNT in a while. He might be out of the plans. We will have to see if UNT's new defensive backs coaches get back into his recruitment.
-- And also on the recruiting front, Highland Park offensive lineman Clayton Woods is on hand today. He has been here a lot during the spring. It looks like UNT and UTSA will continue to battle for his services.
-- There are a few other recruits on hand. I will see if I can pick up a blog piece on one of them.
As far as today's workout goes, I posted my primer last night.
There are 24 people here.
I will blog throughout the day to try to keep those of you following along at home up to date.
