UNT continued to host a series of key recruiting targets today. I mentioned earlier that Nate Brooks, a cornerback/safety from Whitehouse, was in and committed.
There were a few other prospects who came by. I talked to a couple of them and will post the next installment in our ongoing UNT recruiting target series tomorrow.
Here’s a picture of offensive lineman target Judd Terry.

I made the point a couple of days ago that I checked in and that all of UNT’s players reported. A quick point of clarification. UNT’s veteran players have reported. The Mean Green’s freshmen should be showing up in July.
There were a few who double-signed with junior colleges. Some sharp UNT fans noticed some of those players’ names showing up on JUCO rosters.
I don’t know for sure who will be here in the fall and who won’t be, but if history and the way college football works tells us anything, don’t be surprised to see some surprises along the way.
We will see who shows up in the fall when it comes to newcomers.
And in other news, I have mentioned a few times that Dan McCarney was set to speak at a youth football camp today. Mac is terrific at events like this. This very cool photo found its way on to Twitter.
