Tuesday morning notes (UNT picks up commitment in women’s hoops, et cetera)

North Texas picked up a commitment in women’s basketball this week.

Dejanee Terrell of Life School Oak Cliff announced that she has decided to play for the Mean Green. It’s tough to find much on girls basketball from a recruiting perspective unless the prospect is among the top 100 players nationally.

What I do know is that the 6-0 forward was a first-team all-district selection and an all-region selection as a junior.

Here are her Hudl highlights.

In case you missed it, here is our news and notes roundup from last night as far as UNT football goes.

UNT’s coaches and players are supposed to be available after practice today. I will have more later.
