Kendrick Davis didn't make the All-Sun Belt Conference team that was released on Tuesday, which ranks as a big oversight. Davis missed part of the season with a wrist injury, but hit big shot after big shot for the Mean Green in conference play and averaged 13.7 points a game on a balanced scoring team. Only Calvin Watson, a third-team pick, averaged more for points a game for UNT at 15.6. The leagues' coaches and a few media members voted on the team. Who knows, maybe being left off the team will provide Davis a little extra motivation tonight when the Mean Green take on Louisiana-Lafayette in the first round of the Sun Belt Tournament.
