There have been a couple of more preseason Sun Belt polls that have come out in the last few days. The first one was conducted by the Sun Belt schools with Rivals.com sites. The publishers on those sites voted and see the league finishing out like this: 1. Troy Here's a link: Sun Belt Rivals poll The other poll that has come out is really just a rundown of what all the major preseason magazines had to say. The interesting aspect to that poll is that there was a consensus at the bottom of the league, where UNT resides. They all picked WKU last and UNT eighth. I guess they all believe in the Mean Green, at least more than the Hilltoppers. Here's a link: Composite Sun Belt picks E-mail entry: |
Brett,
Completely off topic but I was wondering if you could help me a bit. Do you know whatever happened to four particular players from the 2006 recruiting class: Kail Krider, Nick Foster, Tim Patton, and Kendrick Ridge? Also, can you tell me what year Kendrick Ridge walked-on at UNT: 2004 or 2005? I apologize for the tough questions, but I'm just curious to know what happens to some of these guys.
P.S. A quick note about Johnny Quinn. Since most CFL games are shown on TV where I live, I've been able to watch some Saskatchewan Roughriders games. Quinn is back from an early season ankle injury and is now returning kicks. I have yet to see him in an offensive set.
